It is my pleasure and honour to introduce you, as the Chairman of the institute, to Muktainagar Taluka Education Society’s Smt. Godavaribai Ganapatrao Khadse College, Muktainagar, Tal: Muktainagar, Dist: Jalgaon (MS) through the digital platform. I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude to state that our Muktainagar Taluka Education Society is one of the oldest educational institutes in Jalgaon district, as it was founded in the year 1946 and was registered under Bombay Society’s Act in 1956. Since its establishment, the society is striving to provide quality education to the masses of this rural and partially hilly area through our various educational campuses.
Muktainagar Taluka Education Society’s foresight and unwavering commitment to education laid the foundation of Smt. Godavaribai Ganapatrao Khadse College, Muktainagar, Dist: Jalgaon in 1990, to impart quality higher education in Science, Arts and Commerce faculties. It is a matter of great pride that the college is continuously and consistently progressing throughout the years under the able and visionary guidance of the Governing Body of our society and the conscientious efforts of the teaching and non-teaching staff. The collective efforts of all stakeholders are helping us to disseminate quality education at affordable fees, as well as to provide a learner-centric and inclusive environment wherein students can nurture and exhibit their potential and talent through curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities to attain holistic growth and become responsible citizens of the society and the nation, as in the words of revered Swami Vivekanand, “We want that education by which character is formed, the strength of mind is increased, the intellect expanded, and by which one can stand on one’s own feet”.
I strongly believe that in the forthcoming years, the college will accelerate its progress to reach new heights in academics, skill development, value education, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. In this pursuit of excellence, we are committed to provide a holistic educational experience to students that goes beyond the confines of textbooks, to create an environment where intellectual growth is complemented by physical well-being, personal and emotional development to nurture the values of empathy, compassion and integrity and to weave into the very fabric of college life.
